Acadia Account Information

Your Acadia network account "**ACCOUNT**" has been created and your Acadia email address will be "**EMAIL**". Before you can use your Acadia account you must set your initial password. Please visit the Acadia Central Password Portal at https://central2.acadiau.ca/accounts/forgot_password and follow the instructions.

Your username and password is required to access a variety of network resources:
    - Acadia Central
    - accessing Office 365 services
    - other network services such as wireless and VPN

If additional support is required, please visit the Service Desk in the lower level of Beveridge Arts Centre (room 112). You can also submit a service ticket at http://hub.acadiau.ca or call 902-585-4357 (HELP) if you need to speak with someone.

A reminder that all Acadia employees and guests are required to read and comply with Acadia University Computing Policies.

Verify the authenticity of any Service Alerts from Acadia Technology Services by checking the IT-Security News feed at https://ts.acadiau.ca/home/it-security.html. If your message is not listed there, do not respond to it before verifying with ATS staff that it is a legitimate email.
