Service Desk Hours



As the new academic year begins, Technology Services would like to advise the university community of the Service Desk hours.  

Technology Services, in conjunction with the Library, is pleased to introduce TS@Library Support Kiosks.

Service Hours

BAC Service Desk:  Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

TS@Library KiosksMonday to Thursday, 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm

What are the TS@Library Kiosks? Students requiring access to academic programs can use dedicated computers in the library.  The TS@Library Kiosks are available during regular library hours, but will only be monitored by a Service Desk Consultant in the evening.   The TS@Library Kiosks are intended to provide a second layer of short-term support. The Service Desk, located in the BAC, is available during regular hours to help with hardware and software related issues. 

The Service Portal is always available.  It can be accessed using  The Services tab provides access to the catalog of services provided by Technology Services along with important details on how to initiate a request for help.  The Knowledge Base tab provides articles on a variety of subjects. The articles suggest solutions to commonly encountered technology problems.  Fully searchable, the site allows relevant content to be quickly identified.
