Technology Services Support during COVID-19 Social Distancing

Contact us for support using the HUB service portal, live chat, emailing, or calling 902-585-HELP (4357). We will work with you and schedule an in-person follow-up appointment, if necessary. Help is always available using the HUB using the self-help articles or by placing a service request.

The Service Desk is open Monday-Friday 8-5 pm.  After hours support  is available in the Library: Monday - Thursday 5-8 pm; and Sunday 4-8 pm.
