Service Advisory: HUB Service Portal Update

MORE INFO:
The Service Portal (hub.acadiau.ca) will be updated throughout the day on Wednesday February 12, 2020. Users will experience a new appearance upon logging in. There is no downtime associated with the update.

TS invites you to explore the updated dashboard.  Highlights include:

  • New to Acadia Set Up Essentials Checklist
  • Introduction of a Video Series on using the HUB
  • Submit a Request link
  • TS Twitter Feed announcing Service Advisories and Notices
  • Individual Department sites with
    • Links to a top 5 list of requests/questions
    • Department Contact Information and Hours of Operation
    • Twitter Feed, if available
    • The TS specific site also includes a link to a calendar providing information on systems and services scheduled for maintenance.
  • Footer with departmental links, a A-Z Search and a feedback survey

The refresh is the first phase of a multi-phase HUB update. Phase II will take place over the next few months and includes a revamp of the Service Catalog (Ask for Help) and the Knowledge Base (Find Answers). This will help streamline the search and its usability. More information will be provided as we near this phase.
