Service Notice: Konica Minolta Fee Update
You are receiving this email as you have been designated a key contact for a Konica Minolta printer/account.
Acadia has renewed its Konica Minolta contract for an additional 5 year term.
Effective 1 April 2022, there will be changes to monthly click charges and quarterly lease fees:
- Click fees will increase by 5%
- Duplex print charges will be implemented to encourage double sided printing/copying
- Quarterly lease payments will decrease by 25%
Requests for toner and support procedures will remain the same.
