Service Notice: My Security Info

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) are two ways in which Technology Services is enhancing Acadia’s cybersecurity position.  The My Security Info portal houses your authentication and verification methods used in MFA and SSPR.

There are several ways to access this information and more:

  1. Direct link to “My Security Info”: https://aka.ms/mysecurityinfo, or
  2. Direct link to “My Account”: https://myaccount.microsoft.com/, or
  3. Navigate to: Office 365 Portal (office365.acadiau.ca) > Avatar or Initials > View Account

Effective June 14, 2021 SSPR will be required.  It is necessary to replace the password reset functionality currently found in Acadia Central.  There will be ongoing communications regarding this transition over the next several months.
