Service Notice: Photos in Colleague
Technology Services is pleased to announce that effective 2023 February 15, photos will be available in Colleague.
Photos will be available in both the Colleague UI and Self Service depending on your access permissions.
- Any individual can see their own photo in Self Service.
- Faculty will be able to see student photos in Self Service and the Colleague UI.
- Staff will have access to see photos in the Colleague UI, if they have been granted the appropriate specific access to user information.
