Users may receive multiple credential prompts within the Outlook client (desktop version). Microsoft is aware of the issue and is working on remediation. In the meantime, users can alternately access their email using the Outlook web client (via Office365.acadiau.ca) or on their mobile devices.
SUPPORT:
All maintenance and Service Advisories are posted in several locations: Twitter or Facebook or the TS website.
All proposed changes are reviewed by a Change Advisory Board and, where possible, scheduled between 5-7:30 am (Atlantic Time). Once approved, they are placed on a Maintenance Calendar.
