Service Notice: New Security Feature
Effective Wednesday, September 9, Technology Services will be implementing a new security feature to identify and block known malicious websites.

The service is provided by the Canadian Center for Cyber Security as well as Cypbertip.ca (Canadian National Tip Line for reporting the online sexual exploitation of children). It allows Acadia to more fully and rapidly block access to known malicious websites. If you attempt to access a site that has phishing or malicious software associated with it, a Phishing/Malware Filter notice will appear on your screen.
