Service Notice: System Status Portal Launch

Technology Services is pleased to announce the launch of a new System Status Portal.

As of 2021 September 20, communications regarding scheduled maintenance, outages and services disruptions will be provided through the Statuscast System Portal.


  • Familiarize yourself with the Status Portal (
  • Subscribe for Statuscast email/text notifications, and/or
  • Subscribe to Teams notifications with the join code.

  • All maintenance and outages will be posted on the Status Portal, TS Social Media (Twitter | Facebook), and to a Technology Services Announcements Team.
  • Emails regarding maintenance and services disruptions will no longer be sent by email to the Faculty-Staff and All-Students distribution lists or posted to the TS website.
  • If subscribed, you will receive email, text or Teams notifications. Subscribe to as few or as many services (components) as you wish. If you do not subscribe, view the status of services on the Portal.
  • Notifications will arrive from: and/or an external SMS phone number.
  • A subscription does not require a username and password. Upon subscription, you will receive an email with further instructions.
  • Locate links to the Portal from the HUB Service Portal ( and the TS website (, or navigate directly to
  • Security Advisories (i.e phishing warnings) and Informational Service Notices (i.e. services changes) will continue to be sent to Faculty-Staff and All-Student email distribution lists.
