Technology Services Service Desk


The Service Desk will be closed on July 2 – 3, 2020.  If you require assistance, please place a HUB Service Request and a consultant will respond upon our return.

The Service Desk will resume normal Summer Hours of Operation (Mon–Fri, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm AT) on Monday July 6.

All maintenance and Service Advisories are posted in several locations:  Twitter or Facebook or the TS website.

All proposed changes are reviewed by a Change Advisory Board and, where possible, scheduled between 5-7:30 am. Once approved, they are placed on a Maintenance Calendar.  

Using the HUB continues to be the best way to receive support and answers to your questions. Thank you for your patience as our support protocols shift.
