Service Notice: TS Live Chat

Technology Services is pleased to announce the introduction of a Live Chat feature into our support protocol.

During regular Service Desk Hours, currently Monday – Friday (8:30 am - 4:30 pm), Service Desk consultants will be available by Live Chat to provide support.

Look for the Live Chat Banner in the following places:

  1. The main page of the TS website:
  2. The main page of the HUB:
  3. The HUB Service:

Users will be placed in a queue, similar to phoning, and the chat will be answered by the next available Service Desk representative.

An attempted chat will automatically create a HUB ticket in which case you will be contacted as a follow up.
