Service Desk

The Service Desk is responsible for all problem consultation with clients regarding software, hardware, network and telephone. We offer a “one stop shop” for all your technology needs. Our Service Desk consultants are here to assist you with your problems in a fast, friendly manner, and our short repair times allow you to get back in business as soon as possible.

Our other services include printing, photo scanning, AV equipment loans, mobile, videoconferencing and supporting Faculty in the classroom.

I have been providing front-line support at the Service Desk for 15 years, as well as supporting Acadia's mobility users. Technology has changed so much over the years that we are always learning to support it.  We get to see something new every day!
