Service Desk

The Service Desk is responsible for all problem consultation with clients regarding software, hardware, network and telephone. We offer a “one stop shop” for all your technology needs. Our Service Desk consultants are here to assist you with your problems in a fast, friendly manner, and our short repair times allow you to get back in business as soon as possible.

Our other services include AV equipment loans, mobile, videoconferencing and supporting Faculty in the classroom.  

Our Service Desk Consultants are available to help in a variety of ways.  The Consultants will respond to requests during regular service hours.
