Service and Hardware Support

Contact us for support using the HUB service portal, live chat, emailing helpdesk@acadiau.ca, or calling 902-585-HELP (4357). Our hours are:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
  • Closed 12:00-1:00 for lunch

Help is always available on the HUB using the self-help articles or by placing a service request.

In-person support

At this time, we are not able to walk-in clients.

Classroom Support

Teaching On Campus:

  • Please call Technology Services by using the room’s service phone.
  • Press or Say 1 to ensure you identify the call as a classroom emergency.

Teaching Online:
