Service and Hardware Support
Contact us for support using the HUB service portal, live chat, emailing helpdesk@acadiau.ca, or calling 902-585-HELP (4357). Our hours are:
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
- Closed 12:00-1:00 for lunch
Help is always available on the HUB using the self-help articles or by placing a service request.
In-person Support
Drop-in service is available at the Service Desk in University Hall Room 126 from 1:00 - 4:00 PM, or use the link below to schedule an appointment.

Teaching On Campus:
- Please call Technology Services by using the room’s service phone.

Teaching Online:
